MACHINE CORE AND FRONT REFERENCE BAR
The core of the machine is made of UHPC
(technical concrete), which gives the machine extreme
rigidity and absorbs vibrations up to 95%.
The front reference bar has anchor points that
keep it stably in place.
If necessary, these points can be readjusted to
ensure a constant depth of cut.
MILLING/POLISHING UNIT
CNC-controlled milling/polishing unit. Automatic adjustment of the tilting value and milling depth as well as the position of the clamping bridge. Tilting ranges from 0 ° to + 63 °. Anti streaking system.
MULTI FUNCTION TABLE
The table design reduces the formation of
streaks on the milled and polished workpiece surface.
It is equipped with anchor points that can be used
for fixing additional lateral stops or custom devices.
TOOLS
The machine is delivered with a milling / polishing
head types EURACRYL ES for 4 cutters.
It can be used to produce glossy or satin surfaces on
PMMA, PC, PETG, SAN, etc. as well as mixed materials PMMA
with paper or aluminum.
WORK AREA
